Information We Collect
When you use our website or submit an inquiry through our intake form, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and information about your cybersecurity needs. We also collect standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide our consulting services, send relevant communications, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. As a cybersecurity consulting firm, we take data protection seriously and apply industry best practices to safeguard your data.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics and functionality purposes. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for website analytics, and Cal.com for scheduling. These services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Analytics and Session Recording
Glance uses PostHog, a third-party product-analytics service hosted in the United States, to understand how customers use the platform and to diagnose user-experience issues. This section describes what we collect, what we don't, how long we keep it, and how to disable it.
What we collect: pages visited, buttons and links clicked, your organization's name and plan tier, your role, and (when enabled) anonymized recordings of your interactions with the Glance interface.
What we mask or do not collect: the contents of policy documents, vendor-risk findings, risk-register scenarios, financial-impact (FAIR) values, AI-generated advisory text, and any free-form comments you type are masked from session recordings. Form inputs are masked by default. We do not capture passwords, payment information, or document file contents.
Retention: session recordings are retained for 14 days. Aggregated engagement metrics (pages visited per week, session counts) are retained for 90 days.
Excluded from collection: Z Cyber operators acting on behalf of customers are excluded from analytics collection. Demo organizations are tagged separately and excluded from customer-engagement reports.
How to opt out: every customer organization may disable analytics and / or session recording from Settings → Privacy & Recording. Individual users may disable session recording for their own sessions in the same place. Opt-outs take effect immediately for the current session, not just future sessions. Every change is logged.
Data residency: all data is stored in PostHog Cloud's United States region.
